Dr. Rolando Perez originally grew up in the small town of Freer, TX.  Following high school graduation, he attended Texas A&M University Corpus Christi where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology.  He then attended medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed residency at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency Program in San Antonio.

During residency, he served on multiple resident and hospital committees and served as Chief Resident during his 3rd year.  Following graduation, he stayed with the program as junior faculty for one year.

Dr. Perez enjoys treating patients of all ages including newborns to the elderly in multiple settings and helping them accomplish a healthier quality of life.
